Job summary

The Tile Shop in Springfield, VA is seeking a friendly part-time Sales Associate for our showroom. You will help interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals select tile, color, and textures to fit space and budget.

This role offers $18 per hour for 20–30 hours weekly, with uncapped commissions based on performance. You will learn installation basics, build relationships, and represent a professional image while exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Able to learn and take feedback.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced showroom.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in showroom with design and product selection.

• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $18/Hr with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
