MINIS is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Scottsdale store. You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend merchandise, and promote the store's membership program while driving sales with enthusiasm.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a high school diploma, with retail experience preferred. You should be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive displays and store merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Execute inventory tasks including restocking and organizing stock.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively sell merchandise.
• Keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Participate in promotions and events to drive sales.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
