Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate who will deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting shoppers, assessing needs, and guiding them to products and membership options. You will promote the store’s offerings with energy and a friendly, persuasive approach to drive sales and store success.

You'll maintain displays, handle transactions, participate in promotions, and assist with inventory, while staying organized, safe, and customer-focused during flexible scheduling that includes weekends

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
