Position Overview

This role is based out of a Bloomingdales shop, providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing our brand within the Bloomingdales environment.

Summary

As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
