Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience by greeting customers, identifying needs, and offering personalized recommendations, while promoting the store’s membership program to drive sales.

You will process sales at the register, maintain clean displays, restock and organize stock, participate in promotions, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
