Position Overview:This role is based out of a Macy’s shop, providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing our brand within the Macy’s environment.

Summary:As a Sales Associate at Lacoste, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and are keen to develop their sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
• Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively.
