Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Sales Associate in Miami Beach to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will greet customers, assess needs, offer personalized recommendations, and promote the store's membership program to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, processing transactions at the POS, and assisting with inventory and restocking. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
