Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while promoting the store's membership program.

Accurate POS handling and inventory tasks are part of daily duties, with a focus on creating a clean, welcoming environment. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts; prior retail experience is preferred and basic math skills

• Promptly greet and assist customers Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
