• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Support a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel.

This individual must have the ability to connect with customers, maintain a positive and welcoming environment, and promote the store’s products will directly contribute to creating memorable shopping experiences with enthusiasm and energy.

• Promptly greet and assist customers Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
