Job summary

Amber Interiors in Larkspur, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales with strong client relationships. You will operate across in-store, phone, and email channels, supporting a warm, client-first environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing POS, merchandising, and staying current on products. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are needed for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Drive preferred.
• Experience with Shopify POS, NetSuite, Slack, Gorgias or Endear a plus.
• Must reside in or near Marin with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
• Weekend availability and flexible schedule required.

• Perform daily operational tasks with accuracy and accountability.
• Process POS transactions and offer product insights at checkout.
• Maintain product presentation aligned with merchandising standards.

• Support the Store Manager on one-off tasks as assigned.
• Provide feedback with a client-first perspective to the Store Manager.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Hourly

LOCATION: Marin

REPORTS TO: Store Manager

COMPENSATION : $20-$21/Hour + Monthly Commission Plan

• Prioritize a client-first experience, whether in-store, by phone, or via email.

• Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and accountability, communicating any rollovers as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently and offer product insights during checkout.
• Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and know where to find information when needed.
• Support the Store Manager on one-off tasks as assigned.
• Provide thoughtful feedback with a client-first lens to the Store Manager.
