Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending merchandise, and promoting the store's membership program to drive sales.

You will maintain displays, process transactions, assist with inventory, participate in promotions, and keep the store clean and welcoming. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; flexible hours including weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and manage multiple customers.

• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS system.
• Assist with inventory, restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to advise customers and drive sales.
• Keep the store clean and professional in appearance.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support sales goals.
• Access stock in high storage areas while following safety protocols.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
