Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, greet customers, identify needs, offer personalized recommendations, and promote the store's membership program, driving sales and loyalty.

You will maintain product knowledge, assist with promotions, handle transactions, restock, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic math abilities are a must.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
