Job summary

MINISO in Daly City, CA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, and promote the store’s membership program to drive sales.

You will keep displays neat, process transactions at the POS, restock inventory, participate in promotions, and maintain a clean store environment. A HS diploma and retail experience are preferred; scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
