Build-A-Bear, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for our retail environment at the Galleria Dallas. You will provide exceptional guest service, assist guests with personalized furry friends, and help create a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy meeting new people, stay calm under pressure, and can work in indoor/outdoor mall settings. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and maintaining brand standards across operations.

Qualificações

• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.
