Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering personalized styling and authentic connections with customers. You will help keep the store beautiful and organized, ensuring merchandise is well‑placed to impress shoppers.

You will collaborate with your team to create memorable customer experiences, use technology to support omnichannel shopping, and assist in achieving daily goals while maintaining our inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well‑organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers.
