PATH is hiring a part-time Safety Support Associate for the Luxury Inn site in Long Beach, CA. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment by monitoring facilities, engaging participants, and supporting crisis situations using non-violent de-escalation techniques.
You will collaborate with the on-site case management team and contracted security to ensure overall safety, complete required reports, and participate in safety operations meetings. Weekend shifts are included in the schedule.

We are seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Interim Housing Team as the part‑time Safety Support Associate at the Luxury Inn site in Long Beach, California. As part of the Interim Housing team, the Safety Support Associate proactively works to ensure the Interim Housing site is a safe environment for all staff, program participants, and visitors. This includes monitoring the site’s facilities and grounds for any concerns, building rapport with participants to engage them in maintaining safety at the site, and providing assistance and support when crisis situations arise.
