Job summary

TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC is hiring a USPS CDS Rural Mail Carrier in Thompson Falls, MT for a PART TIME route on a CDS mail run posted by USPS. You must be 18+, hold a Montana driver’s license, and be able to lift 70 lbs in all weather. Own vehicle required and vehicle reimbursement is provided on top of hourly pay.

Typical hours are 9:20am–5:25pm, one to two days per week with vacation coverage. Pay is $27.29/hour plus vehicle reimbursement. Employment begins ASAP.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Montana driver's license.
• Able to lift 70 lbs., able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must reside in the Thompson Falls area.
• MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN VEHICHLE*
• Vehicle must meet postal regulations and provide load space as required.
• Vehicle maintenance, fuel and insurance costs are the applicant's responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Sorting mail in delivery sequence for 389 active boxes.
• Loading mail and parcels into the delivery vehicle in sequence.
• Delivering mail along an assigned 77.7-mile line-of-travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels and expressed mail.
• Other administrative duties are required.
