Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Sales Associate to stock and merchandise products in local stores, traveling by personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. You will work with a team at a fast pace, lifting products and ensuring shelves are well stocked.

A company-issued iPhone is used to manage schedules, communications, and activity logs. This role requires outdoor, on-the-road work with a Friday–Sunday schedule and a start time of 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work well in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations with gas mileage reimbursement.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise them in-store.
• Maintain a fast, safe, and organized work area while stocking product.
• Follow a consistent schedule with start times and customer visits.
• Use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with teammates, and log activity.
