Job summary

Signature Retail Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandiser in the Harrisburg market to support Home Depot and Lowe's stores. The role offers a flexible schedule of about 25-30 hours per week and pay range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour.

Training is provided to new merchandisers. You will travel to stores in your territory, perform planogram resets, stock shelves, install price labels, and ensure displays look their best.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within roughly 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance with you listed as insured.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between stores.
• Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
• Physically active role with standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.
