Job summary

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Appleton/ Green Bay, WI market. The role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 6-10 hours per week, plus paid drivetime and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $19.00 per hour.

No experience is necessary; paid hands-on training is provided to set you up for success on our team. You will independently travel to The Home Depot and Lowe's to merchandise, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store survey

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels and flag replenishment needs.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time.
