Pine Staffing is seeking an RN for supplemental staffing in Minnesota senior living communities. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay on an hourly basis.

The RN will support resident care and collaborate with nursing teams across multiple White Pine and Gracewood Senior Living communities. The ideal candidate is an active Minnesota RN with a positive, collaborative approach, capable of independent work, and willing to travel between communities within 25 miles of

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Positive attitude and passion for serving others.
• Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel between communities within 25 miles of residence.

Responsibilities

• Support community nurses and care teams with resident care.
• Complete assessments and follow up on physician orders.
• Assist with admissions, documentation, and care coordination.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers.
• Help maintain high standards of clinical care.
