Job summary

The Monroeville Pain Clinic, part of UPMC, is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team as a Part-Time Professional Staff Nurse in Monroeville. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and supporting families in a collaborative environment.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, three shifts per week from 7:30am to 4:00pm with no nights, evenings, or holidays. BSN preferred; active RN licensure and BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the relevant state.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum six months nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage nursing care for patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care across the healthcare team.
• Educate and mentor patients, families, students, and colleagues.
• Assess, triage, plan, coordinate, and document patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and governance.
• Support teamwork, safety, and professional growth.
