Job summary

Wellstar Health System's Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for part-time day shifts (24 hours per week). You will collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while supporting a compassionate environment and Shared Governance participation.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current BLS, and GA or multi-state RN license; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required in certain units within 6 months of hire;

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire where applicable.
• Current RN license in GA or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Serve as liaison between patient, family, and providers to support care delivery.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competence.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; support Shared Governance.
