NHC HealthCare Joplin is seeking a dedicated RN to join our team as MDS Coordinator. This full-time role supports resident assessments, care planning, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure timely MDS timelines and patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a Missouri RN license, have strong communication and time-management skills, and bring experience in MDS processes. LPN with MDS experience may be considered. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.

• Experience as RN preferred; LPN with MDS experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Conducting and documenting accurate assessments of patients.
