Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support and mentor nursing assistants and medication aides
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond to resident needs with professionalism, compassion, and urgency
• Promote a culture of safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional customer service
• Participate in care planning and resident-centered initiatives
