Caregivers In-Home Care in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an experienced RN Instructor for a part-time PRN role responsible for training caregivers and nursing staff in best practices for in-home care, developing instructional materials, and delivering classroom and hands-on training sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia with clinical experience in home care or related settings.
• Experience in education or staff training, including developing lesson plans and evaluating learner competencies.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for diverse learners.
• Knowledge of home care regulations, infection control, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practices.
• Ability to organize multiple training programs, manage schedules and maintain documentation.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital tools used for training and documentation.
• Commitment to person-centered care and professional ethics; leadership experience is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; advanced certifications in education or geriatrics/home health are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train caregivers and nursing staff in best practices for in-home care.
• Develop and deliver instructional materials; lead classroom and hands-on training sessions.
