Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver and coordinate care per plan and communicate with the care team and families.
• Support patient advocacy, education, and confidentiality; ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.
• Mentor and precept fellow nurses and maintain professional growth.
