Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Hickory Creek Winamac is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time 6am–6pm Wednesday shift. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, assess needs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and monitor health status.
