Job summary

Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role with 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm shifts at $38.50/hour. You will provide individualized patient care from admission to discharge, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support families with education and emotional care.

Requirements include an Ohio RN license, BLS, and a willingness to obtain ACLS as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio.
• 0 years of experience or willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• Ability to work PART_TIME shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with willingness to obtain ACLS certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures, accurately documenting patient information in our electronic medical records.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their loved ones, promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our patient care services.
