Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking Registered Nurses with at least an associate's degree in nursing to join our Patient Care Technician program as a part-time clinical instructor, sharing your expertise and impacting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

If you lack teaching experience, we will provide comprehensive training and resources to help you excel in delivering our curriculum. Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, on-site in Paramus, NJ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience.
• RN with an associate's degree in New Jersey.
• Knowledge of the role and responsibilities of a Patient Care Technician.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and train students Patient Care skills
• Create an engaging and focused learning environment
• Teach Lincoln Tech's established curricula
• Demonstrate Patient Care expertise in our fully equipped facility
• Instruct students about safety
• Evaluate student performance
• Report to Director of Nursing
