Work World, located in Gilroy, CA, is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member to create a positive customer experience while supporting the store's growth. You will assist customers with product information, handle in-person and phone inquiries, and process sales with accuracy. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. Bilingual skills and sales experience are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
