Job summary

Funko in Everett, WA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Team Member who will deliver exceptional fan experiences in our immersive stores. You will provide outstanding customer service, showcase product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced pop culture environment.

You bring at least 1 year of retail or immersive event experience, strong verbal communication, and a passion for pop culture. You will engage fans, build loyalty, and handle transactions while maintaining a tidy, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail and/or immersive event experience.
• Track record of creating memorable and engaging customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with fans, peers, and management.
• Has a good understanding of Pop Culture and follows Pop Culture trends.
• Consistently demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for the brand.
• Open and flexible availability.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and bend; may lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally.

• Utilize effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment
• Determine fan needs based on probing questions and suggest additional items based on getting to know the fans
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty
• Handle sales transactions at the register
• Replenish and organize/tidy-up merchandise
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Salary Information

The base hourly for this position in the selected city is $20.77. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
