Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and meeting sales targets. The role involves executing store operations, maintaining visual standards, and modeling professionalism to motivate associates and engage customers.

The position reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with occasional travel to other store locations.

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.

• Support store standards for merchandising and operations to be met consistently.
