• Print Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist Print Services equipment to ensure timely orders.
• Coordinate service for customers using store communication tools.
• Operational Efficiency: follow procedures, meet deadlines, maintain merchandising standards.
• Identify process improvements; support loss prevention and compliance.
• Customer engagement: coach associates to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and safety duties.
