Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty when Store Manager/Assistant Manager are absent.
• Deliver positive sales performance and maintain store standards.
• Organize merchandise, back stock, and ensure product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and keep a clean work environment.
• Assist in training employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories.
• Uphold Clarks brand standards.
• Follow loss prevention policies and maintain safe store operations.
• Create a welcoming environment for colleagues.
• Physical: standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
