JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in Florida to support the management team and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead a motivated team, including assistants and customers, daily.

The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and performing POS tasks on assigned shifts while backing up the Store Manager in their absence. Flexible hours and a positive, professional attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and efficiency targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
