Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support merchandising and store operations to meet standards.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and assist in supervisor functions.
