Converse Auburn Hills is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead customer service and store operations in the local Nike family environment. The role requires enthusiasm, product knowledge, and the ability to manage cash, stock, and displays while delivering an exceptional consumer journey.

You will work 25 hours per week including nights, weekends & holidays, with opportunities to grow and access employee discounts and events. A strong team-player mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
