Job summary

maurices in Pineville, LA is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience by helping customers with wardrobe needs and building wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation to support sales goals.

You will guide customers through our brand experience, advise on style and fit, and use in-store technology to promote loyalty programs, while adapting to a fast-paced environment and a flexible

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/Achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what's new and what's already on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.
