Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Stylist to bring our brand to life every day by delivering WOW service and making a difference in guests' day. You will be the face of our organization and proudly share our inspired designs and philanthropic purpose.

You will thrive on fast-paced interactions, flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations, and enjoy evenings, weekends and holiday shifts. We value energy, relationship building and a passion for fashion that aligns with our Core

Qualifications

Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide WOW service to every guest and build guest relationships.
Connect with guests using WOW Service Principles to make a difference in their day.
Promote brand purpose and philanthropic efforts to guests and community.
Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
Educate guests on product details and make personalized style recommendations.
Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations as needed.
Assist in proactively resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with the team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.
