Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Walled Lake, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to sort, price, and process donated goods. You will help keep the store organized and assist in meeting daily production goals while supporting the store team.

The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop retail and customer service skills, with a mission-driven environment and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Walled Lake MI Pay: $13.73 - $ 15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You'll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
