Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers, offer help locating items, and maintain eye contact.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks and card transactions per policy.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when required and participate in pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
