CROSSMARK is hiring a Grocery Stocker in NAUGATUCK, CT for part-time, hourly work. The role focuses on high-volume stocking, store liaison, and mobile reporting. You’ll support a major client with training provided and flexible scheduling across multiple stores.

Ideal candidates have stocking experience, can lift 25–50 lbs, and are comfortable using apps on smart devices. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and transportation to various stores is required.

Qualifications

• High-volume stocking experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf locations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload/load product in backrooms and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
