Job summary

CVS Health in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service. You will lead the crew when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will also assist customers, stock shelves, set up displays, and reset departments per planograms to maintain a polished store environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crews when managers are not on site.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain weekly or seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines and ensure smooth store operations.
