Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers and employees by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with local responders as needed.
• Assist with access control and maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
