Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain daily activity logs.
