Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. You will scan barcodes using a downloadable app and work across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.

The role offers 6–10 base hours per week per store, with additional hours for special projects, especially Jan–Jun.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Can perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs for prolonged periods.
• Must be deadline-driven and able to work independently.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
• Scan barcodes using a mobile app in multiple store locations.
• Base hours average 6–10 hours per week, with 1–2 extra hours per week per store for special projects.
• Meet weekly deadlines and provide product quantity data for approximately 45% of scanned items.
• Support independent and flexible scheduling with client requirements.
