Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers weekly for 52 weeks, including holiday weeks. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes across displays, aisles, and stocking locations and report quantities for a portion of scanned items.

The role offers independence, flexible scheduling, and ongoing engagement with major retailers while maintaining data accuracy and meeting client deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods while accessing products.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Scan barcodes in displays, aisles, and main stocking locations using a mobile app.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Meet weekly deadlines and support clients with data accuracy.
