Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit selected stores weekly for barcode scanning and data collection. You will work with grocery, drug, and mass retailers using a mobile app, with about 4–6 hours per week across all stores.

Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required. The role offers weekly deadlines, some travel reimbursement, and flexible scheduling under Circana’s data-collection program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in assigned stores using a mobile app.
• Collect in-store data for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning in whole-store areas weekly; assist with Custom Projects as needed.
