Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly to scan barcodes and collect data across grocery, convenience, drug, and mass merchandisers.

Expect 2–5 hours per week per store, with occasional 1–2 extra hours for special projects; a typical year includes 52 weeks.

Compensation is $15–$16 per hour, plus paid travel, sick time, 401(k) with employer matching, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store data collection by scanning barcodes at assigned retailers.
• Provide quantity estimates for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete weekly displays scanning and support custom projects.
• Meet weekly deadlines and ensure data quality for clients.
